The RICS Global Commercial Property Survey highlights broadly positive occupier and investment momentum across Asia, the UAE, North America and Russia; this is also reflected in a declining flow of distressed properties coming onto the market in these areas. The contrast is provided by a still generally weak picture across much of Europe. Significantly, both Brazil and Australia have seen sentiment dip somewhat following a period of strong gains.
