The European sovereign debt crisis continues to take its toll on the region’s commercial property sector, with the majority of national markets covered in the survey recording falling occupier activity and negative expectations for rents and capital values. However, while the overall assessment remains bleak, there are some grounds for optimism, with Q4 recording a marked improvement in investor appetite across the region.
