The Danish economy witnessed a slump towards the end of 2012 on the back of easing external export demand from euro zone countries. With unemployment seeing moderate rises – particularly in the industrial sector, where jobs are declining as outsourcing becomes more prevalent – and economic conditions dampened, the industrial property market saw slow-but-steady fundamentals prevail in Q1. Prime rents remained stable in both sectors.
