Growth has been flat since mid-2012 as soft euro zone demand has been merely offset by trade to emerging economies and US. Domestic demand, which has been stagnant in the last seven quarters, appears well placed to recover this year. Meanwhile, investment and consumption growth stood at -0.4% and 0% q/q respectively in Q1, while government spending remained positive.
