The Danish economy expanded over the quarter largely as a result of rising exports. However, the occupational market has remained becalmed in Q3 with transactions still taking some time to conclude. Consequently, prime rents were unchanged over the quarter as market activity was muted and thus prime rents in the Harbour Area of Copenhagen remain at Dkr1,800/sq.m/year.
