The industrial and export-led economic recovery continues in Slovakia, although office market conditions remain challenging. The weak, albeit improving consumer and business confidence, are still hurdles to corporates increasing their headcount and consequently held back activity volumes in the office market over Q3. Despite the persistent pressure on prime headline rents in Bratislava, the quarter has seen the levels sustained, although backed by significant incentives.
