The following report incorporates a detailed overview of the Irish regional industrial markets including Dublin, Galway, Cork and Limerick. This market analysis covers occupations levels, vacancy levels and rental performance in each location.

Aggregate transaction activity across the Irish regional industrial markets reached 357,700 sq m in 2013, up 262,900 sq m recorded during the corresponding period in 2012. The rebound in activity was supported by strong performance recorded in the Dublin industrial market, accounting for 83 % of activity and the highest annual level recorded since 2007. Activity levels in the other regional centres continue to fluctuate, that said gross annual take up as a proportion of the overall market stock is now broadly in line with the long run average.
