The office market in Turkey, but particularly Istanbul, is seeing improving demand levels and new requirements registering their accommodation needs. Foreign investor interest is improving but being held back by the lack of investable stock and a pricing difference between buyer and seller expectations. On the other hand, new development schemes offer investment alternatives and also the market benefits from large pre-let activities which are quickly absorbed despite the sizeable pipeline.
