A research produced by
Retail warehouse investment transactions so far in 2014 are at £2.21bn (85 centres), significantly above the same period in 2013 where 42 centres transacted, totalling £1.12bn. The full-year 2014 figure is consequently set to break the £2.66bn transacted in 2013.
In Q3 2014 there were 34 retail warehouse transactions totalling £1.15bn, eclipsing the H1 2014 volume of £1.05bn across 51 deals.
The £1.15bn Q3 quarterly volume was 236% greater than the Q3 2013 volume of £345m, and 132% up on Q2 2014 volumes of £499m.
