UK shopping centre investment transactions in 2014 are at 4.39bn (63 shopping centres) having already smashed the long-term yearly average of £3.65bn and are very close to the £4.45bn total transaction volume for 2013.
11 shopping centres were under offer at the end of Q3 totalling c£926m including the Ashley Centre, Epsom which is under offer to CBRE Global Investors at £78.50m (6.00% NIY).
