Prices for European commercial real estate were up 7% over the third quarter, according to our latest DTZ European Transaction based price index.
Growth is now broader based than before with prices across continental Europe rising 4% over the quarter, while UK posted 12% in the same period.
The share of non-core market sales rose from 76% last quarter to 80% in the third quarter. Growing demand and competition for assets in these no-core markets is now leading to a broad based price recovery.
UK growth is now broad-based, with prices outside of London up at a record 38% on an annual basis. This is well ahead of London at 27% for the year.
