Diverse manufacturing industries in Mexico have a wider set of opportunities. On one side, the country continues growing its nearshoring and cost-effective export advantages compared to other countries; and on the other, Mexico has completed macroeconomic reforms that will provide fertile ground for further productive investment. Mexico is earning international standing as a center for manufacturing, as reflected by the significant expansion of its automotive, aerospace and medical-device sectors.
However, for Mexico City, being the second largest city in the world, logistics activity has the largest impact for industrial real estate operations.
