Luxury retailers and new fashion entrants such as J Crew and Tory Burch continue to target space in areas such as Le Marais, Saint-Honoré and Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Some retailers are also targeting opportunities to expand in second tier cities, such as Pittarosso in the Ruban Bleu shopping centre in Saint-Nazaire and Kiko in the newly opened Avaricum shopping centre in Bourges. Domestic retailers are the main drivers of demand in the out of town segment, although well-located, modern retail park formats are also attracting interest from expanding international brands that were largely or completely absent from peripheral zones (e.g. H&M).
