The final three months of 2015 represented the largest quarterly leasing volume recorded in Prague. Approximately 140,000 sq m was let, taking the full-year total to 385,000 sq m. This is the highest annual result on record for the city, with the average deal size increasing by 14% to 1,049 sq m. Just over half of the take-up total was attributed to new lease signings, with renegotiations closely following.
