Luxembourg GDP growth ended on a robust 3.5% in 2016, in line with 2015 figures. Steady economic performances are reflected in the letting and investment activity which were strong all over 2016. Thanks to healthy consumer confidence (continuously increasing since 2012), a low unemployment rate, job creations and favorable financial conditions, Luxembourg is expected to continue to far outpace the Eurozone as a whole with a GDP growth forecasted at 3.1% compared to 1.4% for the Eurozone.
