The streak is over. Direct vacancy in the Greater Cincinnati office market had fallen for eight consecutive quarters during 2015 and 2016. But in the first quarter of 2017 direct vacancy increased by 75 basis points to 19.4%. When compared to the 19.3% figure recorded in Q1 2016, office vacancy is basically unchanged yearover-year.
