Although economic conditions slowed at the close of 2012, the Danish office market did not fare any worse going into the first quarter of 2013. Indeed, market fundamentals were mostly unchanged, with steady occupier demand supporting stable prime rents. The investment market continued to perform well, largely due to sustained domestic investor demand.
