The Polish economy continues to outperform much of Europe, despite the deterioration in economic growth in the past few quarters, which has taken its toll on business confidence. This has held back private investment, with many occupiers focusing on cost control and consolidation. The office investment market, and in particular Warsaw, is still buoyant however, with a number of key deals closing over the quarter.
