The office market in Luxembourg while small in size has proven to be somewhat resilient to the wider European economic shocks with improving activity levels in Q1 2013. Occupational demand remained sound and on the back of tight supply in the core areas of Luxembourg City, prime rents rose in Q1. Quarterly investment volumes were also up on the same period last year and this has kept prime yields firm.
