Downward revisions to Norway’s 2013 economic growth have cast a doubt over the relative strength of the country’s economy. However, even with growth decelerating, Norway has continued to outperform most other European markets. This underlying strength helped to drive a positive office market in the beginning of 2013, with healthy letting activity helping to sustain prime rental levels at their already high rates.
