The Swedish economy continued to perform positively in the first half of 2013. However, growth was largely sustained through the robust domestic market, which offset the drag in exports stemming from weak external demand from euro zone countries. The Swedish industrial market – buoyed by the strong local economy but simultaneously dampened from soft exports – was largely stable over the quarter. A steady market kept rents firm.
