The uncertain economic climate in the Netherlands kept office market conditions largely unchanged from that seen in 2012and Q1 2013. The occupier sector has fared the worst, with any rises in activity quelled by the subdued economy. Consequently, prime rents have seen no changes over the quarter, with little movement expected for the rest of the year.
