Non-farm employment in the Denver-Aurora-Broomfield Metro Statistical Area increased 2.6% year-over-year ending in the first quarter, with local employers expanding payrolls by 33,350 positions over the past twelve months.

The office-using sector, namely financial activities, professional and business services, and information sectors, added nearly 8,200 new positions over the last four quarters.
