Despite a decline, the Flemish office markets take-up is decent with 28,500 sq m recorded, and an additional 3,500 sq m outside of office markets.

Again, Antwerp accounts for the majority of Flemish take-up. In addition, there exists demand for large spaces on this market which could difficultly be met by modern buildings in the current supply. Mixed-use developments will help shape the future Antwerp office market, with new schemes and agreements having been announced in Q2.
