Direct vacancy for Houston’s industrial inventory continued to break n records, ending at 5.3% across all classes in third quarter. Both manufacturing and warehouse/distribution space have extremely low vacancy rates in almost every major submarket citywide. In response, rental rates have increased by more than 12.4% since third quarter of 2013.
