In the third quarter of 2014, leases and owner-occupier contracts for a total space of 139,500 sq m were concluded in Berlin. Consequently, take-up fell by 12,100 sq m compared with the previous quarter.
Over the year to date, take-up of 455,100 sq m in total was registered. In the last decade (2005 to 2014), the nine-month figure was only higher in 2012 (490,000 sq m).
