Knoxville’s Innovation Valley saw a major return from its business retention and corporate relocation and expansion initiatives. According to Innovation Valley’s Annual Report, Knoxville gained 3,273 new jobs, obtained $515 million in capital expenditures, and experienced a 1.5% wage increase.
