The latest economic data available points to weaker GDP growth for the Belgium in the short-term, impacted by the terrorist attacks at the end of March and the fall-out from Brexit which may have some, albeit limited negative impact on employment. For now, the continued job creation is expected to see a relatively stable office market with a pick-up anticipated over the longer term.
