"Léon Bressler's 'Refocus' plan is heading in the right direction"

A consortium of investors holding 4.1% of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield's shares, led by ex-CEO Léon Bressler and French investor Xavier Niel, called yesterday on shareholders to reject the RESET programme announced last month, proposing an alternative pure player strategy refocused on Europe. Financial analyst Benoît Faure-Jarrosson, Head of Real Estate at Invest Securities, gives Business Immo his analysis of this recovery plan called "Refocus" as well as the challenges facing the real estate industry.
