Business Immo questioned Pierre Popesco, Partner in real estate law at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP), about the decree of 30 January last relating to the closure of non-food shopping centres larger than 20,000 sqm to fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.
