BTP Consultants is shifting gears. The French consulting firm is working to become "the leader in the transformation of the construction and real estate sectors". To achieve its ambitions, new shareholders have joined the capital, including investment funds Apax Partners and the French public investment bank Bpi France, and governance has been remodelled. Roland Le Roux becomes the new chairman of the group, while co-founder Patrick Vrignon will become chairman of the supervisory board. A strategy that should enable the group to step out of the Hexagon.
