“With a reduced competition, Covid-19 pandemic has increased opportunities”

In 2021, institutional investors plan to invest a minimum of €55.4 bn in global real estate, according to the 2021 Investment Intentions survey by INREV, ANREV and PREA, showing a strong appetite for the industry despite the crisis.
