The global health crisis has not dampened the appetite of French investors for international investment. According to the international real estate consultancy Savills, the amount spent by French investors outside their own borders amounted to €4bn, up 13% on the previous year. At the same time, the level of their investments in their domestic market fell by 15%. Boris Cappelle, Chairman of Savills France, explains.
