"Despite the pandemic, the European CRE investment market is in a period of recovery"

After a sharp slowdown in real estate transactions in 2020 due to the pandemic, 2021 will have witnessed a recovery in European commercial property, according to BNP Paribas Real Estate. While logistics continued its impressive rise, office space was strongly divided between prime and peripheral locations and certain retail subsectors attracted the attention of investors.
