Located a few steps from the Seine musicale, a concert hall, in the heart of the Trapèze district in Boulogne-Billancourt, Métal 57 has come a long way. Indeed, the structure is the result of the rehabilitation and extension of the former Renault factory "57 Métal". The 37,000 sqm project was entrusted to the architect Dominique Perrault. In the new BNP Paribas Real Estate headquarters, mixed uses, occupant well-being and respect for the environment go hand in hand.
