On the scale of Greater Paris, the stock of office production continues to fall (-7 %), to 1,846,000 sqm, according to the 38th edition of the Grand Paris Office Crane Survey, carried out by Deloitte with the assistance of Explore and Business Immo, the results of which were unveiled on 21 June at the Aurore Tower, in La Défense. One of the main findings of this study? The share of available space in the outstanding amount is up by five points (77 %).
