"Sofidy is in a period of cautious underinvestment, even though it has been collecting funds"

The investments signed by Paris-based pan-European investment manager Sofidy in 2022 should exceed €1bn, in line with its target at the beginning of the year. But while it is still keen to make acquisitions - the group recently signed the first transaction of its new OPCI fund SoLiving - and should "probably be very present" in the European real estate markets in 2023, the uncertain macroeconomic context requires to be very cautious in the deployment of its capital, Olivier Loussouarn, Investment Director, explains in exclusive interview with Business Immo.
