At the beginning of 2023, it is difficult for investors to provide a roadmap for the best asset allocations. Uncertainties still weigh on the macroeconomic scale, even if the prospect of sustained inflation - at least over the first half of this new year - seems to be commonly accepted; each real estate market - sectorial, regional, national - must be looked at from its specific angles.
