In Lyon, the office rental market and CRE investment market on opposite trajectories

The office market in Lyon should remain in the same dynamic as at the end of last year in Q1 2023, as take-up and investment follow opposite trajectories. Nevertheless, new trends could prevail, particularly in the most dynamic sectors and segments or even in "prime" rent.
