An acquisition of €173m in Brussels, a disposal of €95m in Frankfurt, SCPIs boosted by numerous capital gains... Corum, which claims to be « countercyclical », has brought the real estate investment market to life in recent months. And the SGP does not intend to stop there. « You have to be very present in investment, opportunistic, and go very fast. There is currently a window, the duration of which we do not know », explains Philippe Cervesi, director of real estate. « Our objective is to position ourselves on buildings that will most readjust their prices », he adds.
