RÔLE ET MISSIONS :

La qualification RICS est une certification internationale qui permet de justifier de la maîtrise de compétences professionnelles, sur un métier que pratique le candidat, en l’évaluant par rapport à un référentiel métier international.
Cette qualification s’obtient par un entretien, en français, qui associe une évaluation de connaissances théoriques et pratiques en liaison avec la pratique du candidat par rapport à des standards et un code de déontologie professionnelle.
La RICS (Royal Institution des Chartered Surveyors) organise près de 80 événements par an pour ses 1400 membres et 500 stagiaires.
Cette qualification est délivrée par la RICS et elle permet de devenir membre d’une organisation internationale dont les missions sont de développer des standards et des bonnes pratiques professionnelles dans le secteur de l’immobilier, de l’urbanisme et de la construction. La RICS régule ses membres par rapport à des standards et un code de déontologie professionnelle.
