Over the turn of the year, the office market in Austria has largely held firm. Economic conditions remain subdued and as a result, already-cautious occupiers are increasingly reluctant to make any relocation decision. Furthermore, with an impending election due to be held in September, it is expected that significant decisions may be delayed until after the election.
