Finland : Economic Snapshot - Q1 2013

The Finnish economy has been slowing since 2012Q2, with Q4 recording a contraction of 0.5% q/q. A slump in exports on the back of deteriorating economic conditions in the country’s main trade partners was the main reason behind the decline. Another, albeit shallow, contraction is expected for Q1.
