Conditions within the North Bay industrial market are generally healthy, but vary with changes in seasonal demand from the food and wine sectors of the local economy. Total employment grew 1.9% year-over-year as of March 2013 in Napa, Solano, Marin and Sonoma counties compared to 1.6% in California, according to Moody’s Analytics estimates. Employment is expected to rise again later in the year with the seasonal demand for farming harvesting and processing wine grapes.
