As economic conditions improve in Sweden and with the unemployment rate trending down since the beginning of 2013, companies are cautiously optimistic about the future. Despite a slowdown in activity in Q3, better sentiment will, going forward, help to support increased occupier demand, in particular for good quality space, which in turn will support rental levels. While rents have been stable over the quarter they have registered positive growth over the year to September in Stockholm and Malmö.
