Consumer expenditure as well as retail sales are predicted to recover but growth will remain modest in 2014 (0.9%).
The only major retail completion in Q1 2014 was Galerie Teplice shopping centre (22,500 sq m). Total annual retail supply is forecast to reach nearly 110,000 sq m, this represents a drop of 39% compared to last year.
