The economic backdrop continues to improve, however occupational activity has paused over the summer months. Take-up in Q2 fell to 74,000 sq ft, following a total deals volume of 206,000 sq ft in Q1.
We are expecting a strong start to Q3, with Network Rail under offer to take 20,000 sq ft at George House and 49,000 sq ft at 151 St Vincent Street. We also understand around 20,000 sq ft of grade B space is under offer at Tay House.
