A research produced by
Quarterly gross take-up was the strongest since Q2 2011 but this was mainly because of the renegotiation of Česká Pojišťovna on two properties in Prague 4 (32,200 sq m).
No new properties were completed in Q3 but the fourth quarter will see the completion of more than 70,000 sq m.
Prime headline city centre rents remained stable in Q3 but could get under pressure in the following months given forecasted vacancy rise.
