Occupier sentiment continued to improve in the city centre with a strong Q4 finish making 2014 a record year in take-up. The rising demand highlights the increasing confidence of occupiers in the Manchester economy.
Despite transaction volumes easing in Q3, where there was almost no grade A deals, 382,000 sq ft of office space was let in Q4, taking the total for the year to 1.3 million sq ft.
