The strong momentum seen in Q3 continued the final quarter of the year. Occupational activity in the Paris region was particularly active with over 900,000 sq.m let during 2015. The investment market was also buoyed by increasing levels of core and opportunistic demand from overseas investors, and prime yields sharpened as a result.
